Came for quick tea time after lunch. Place was rather enclosed and packed with patrons. Environment was quite noisy but nothing too bothersome. I specially loved the Royal Milk Tea and Fruit Mille Feuille; light, refreshing and not overly sweet. Service is also great, though not a fan of the cafe's compulsory drink system. Nonetheless still a pleasant place to chill for tea and cakes! :)

Very noise environment and bed food presentation. The cake cream all mild already when they served. Their black coffee ice is same taste with McDonald breakfast 😏

Lousy staff services. I ordered an strawberry cake, however, my cake was served without aluminum paper surrounded for shape supporting and cake protection. I responded this situation to your staffs and got no constructive responses or trying to do something to correct or improve it. The staff just explained what they want to say and don't think that's a problem. Just told me don't care about it. It's not meaningful. In the meanwhile of I response to staffs, all cakes served to others are all aluminum paper protected. All cakes I saw in the store are all served with aluminum paper protected in other tables. It seems the cakes served in store are not identical and without standards. Lousy client experiences, and poor responses to client's feedbacks.

Lunch set for 1700yen and it’s really worth it! Come with salad, main dish, slice de of cake of your choice and drink. However the choice for cake is quite limited. Not recommending the lunch set if you’re here for their cakes.

It was mentioned in the menu that all customers are required to purchase a minimum of one drink, so we asked if we could order cake instead of drink. The waiter said yes and so we ordered a piece of cake for each of us (6 people), but after we finished the cake, the manager required us to order drinks for each of us even though we explained the waiter confirmed it was ok to order cake instead of drink before we placed the order. What a bad experience. Toast is good but cakes and drinks are a bit overrated, and don't go if you can't speak Japanese.
